Update Contact Information
Members are required to keep their contact information current with the State Bar. Any changes are to be reported within 30 days of its affective date. (See Rule 32(c)(3), Ariz. R. Sup. Ct.)
To update your contact information or other personal profile information – except for name changes, login to your State Bar member account and click the green “Edit My Profile” button on your member dashboard. Follow the steps to make the necessary updates.
You may also use any of the below methods:

For NAME CHANGES – you must submit verification of your name change. Examples of acceptable verification: a copy of marriage license/divorce decree, State ID/Driver License, copy of Court Order.
Submit your name change by email or regular mail.
